With an additional snow day on Wednesday, February 20th, we will need to add the equivalent of one student day. Instead of adding another day, we will plan to have students attend school all day on Wednesday, May 15th, Wednesday, May 22nd, and Wednesday, May 29th. There will be no early dismissal for Teacher Professional Development on these days.
With the latest snow day on Monday, February 25th, we will make up the equivalent of one student day by eliminating the Wednesday Early Dismissals on Wednesday, April 24th, Wednesday, May 1st, and Wednesday, May 8th. Students will attend school all day on these dates. The last day of school will remain Tuesday, June 4th.
Seniors planning to attend DMACC next year see Ms. Broman about taking the Accuplacer test. She can proctor it through a sharing agreement.

Any student looking to earn volunteerism hours for the green cord, ARC is looking for painters during Spring Break to help paint the new ARC building. See Ms. Broman if you are interested.
Seniors completing the Raccoon Valley Radio scholarship need to email Ms. Broman for the application or come in and pick up the application. This is NOT a generic application.

Jefferson Parks & Rec is looking for lifeguards and concession workers for summer 2019. Applications are available at the Rec Center front desk, and are due by April 12. Lifeguards must be 15 before the season starts to be able to certify with the Red Cross.

Ram Restaurant is now open so students will not be allowed to park in the front diagonal parks spots. If students are caught parking there you will be asked to move or the Ram Restaurant will have your car towed at your expense.

Students that need to get their drivers instructional permit are now able to take the test with Charlie here at the high school rather then going up to the court house to the transportation department. If interested please contact Charlie.
