Greene County Career Acadamy Advanced Manufacturing - Welding Career Pathway

For students who are more mechanically inclined, the Advance Manufacturing - Welding career pathway is a great start to finding out what career interests them. The course sequence has been designed to build skills in fundamental and advanced welding, metal working, blueprint reading, and safety. Students will develop a solid foundation in the welding field, as well as general shop equipment and tools. This career pathway also offers students the opportunity to progress into an Apprenticeship, earn as you learn model that places students into business and industry to continue their academic careers at a place of employment

Apprenticeship: Available after completion of Advance Manufacturing – Welding strand is completed in its entirety.

Certifications: OSHA, First Aid, CPR, AED and AWS Assessment Ready
