Greene County Career Academy Culinary and Hospitality Care Career Pathway

Students in the Culinary and Hospitality career pathway will experience an introduction to the world of hospitality and culinary arts. The program combines the important components of food preparation, along with nutrition, food safety and sanitation, and food service management. A hands on, in kitchen learning style will be utilized to allow students to gain employable skills in the kitchen, while developing an understanding or the industry and the business side of the hospitality industry.
