PK Registration will be Monday, April 3rd from 5-7pm at Greene County Elementary. We hope to see you there!
Please bring the following documents to PK registration. We'll make copies.
~ Student's birth certificate
~ Proof of Residency (postal mail with parental name and address on it)
~ Parent Documentation (legal documents and/or driver's license)
~ Copy of Immunizations (if immunized outside the state of IA)
