Another successful pizza-making night with Chef Tim Christensen and twelve enthusiastic participants was held on Tuesday, March 1. Tim prepared a chicken-bacon-ranch pizza that they taste tested upon arrival and then Tim taught them how to make their pizza crust.
Once the crust was ready, participants could add what they wanted on their own individual pizza including sausage, pepperoni, black olives, green peppers, onions, and cheese. Everyone baked their own individual pizza, ate a piece or two, and then took the rest home along with a pizza crust they could use in the future.
It was another fun night in the Greene County Career Academy culinary kitchen! We do plan to offer another pizza making class this spring.
