Adult education students had the pleasure of learning about tailgating from Mr. Rub himself last night! Nate Nelson is a local entrepreneur who currently has his Mr. Rub seasonings in over 150 stores in Iowa. He also has Bootleg Ranch for ranch lovers.
Nate smoked brisket and roast beef sandwiches for students to sample. He showed them what to look for when purchasing their meat products and how to prepare them. He sent everyone home with two Mr. Rub seasonings and a Bootleg Ranch!
