For 31 years, Brenda Muir served as the East Greene/Jefferson Scranton/Greene County Community School District Business Manager. On June 30, she will receive a new title - "Retired". In Brenda's 31 years, she has helped administer over countless changes to the school district including: new school construction, district mergers, facility updates, state and federal reporting requirements, massive financial software/record keeping changes, and the hiring of six different superintendents. Brenda also served as the school board secretary for 31 years - 14 years at East Greene and 17 years at Jefferson Scranton/Greene County - and last Wednesday she served on her last meeting.
