Culinary Students

Greene County Career Academy Culinary students Sophie Kirk and Shailynne Woodley prepared club sandwiches this morning with the guidance of Chef D - Denise Moranville. They toasted the bread on the griddle and then added mayonnaise, American cheese, bread, Swiss cheese, ham, lettuce, tomato, bacon, mayonnaise, and bread. The class then sampled their project, and it was so good!
