Free Resume and Cover Letter Workshop at Greene County Career Academy in Jefferson
Iowa Central Community College is offering a free resume and cover letter workshop at the Greene County Career Academy in Jefferson in partnership with Greene County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. The workshop will be on March 10th, 2022, from 5:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. in Room D-122 with free dinner provided.
This resume and cover letter workshop will give adults information regarding how to write and update job search documents including resumes and cover letters. The class will be instructed by Jessica Kavanaugh, Career Services Coordinator at Iowa Central. Participants will have access to computers during the class to work on their own documents. The class is being sponsored by McLaughlin Family Companies and Jefferson Telecom.
“This class is a great opportunity for anyone looking to develop and polish their resume and cover letter. Participants will leave with job search documents in hand,” said Jessica Kavanaugh, Career Services Coordinator at Iowa Central.
