🎉 A big THANK YOU to Jefferson Telecom from the GCE 3rd-grade! 🎉

This week, all of our 3rd-grade classes had the opportunity to learn from the team at Jefferson Telecom about staying safe online.

Thanks to Jody Schulte and Dan Rohner for partnering with Mrs. Daniel, our computer science teacher, to bring this critical learning to all students. Students learned essential rules for staying safe online. The third-grade students even got to share what they have been learning about creating strong passwords and keeping their online information secure. This aligns with the computer science standards we teach —Discuss real-world cybersecurity problems and how personal information can be protected.

We are grateful for community partners who take time from their schedules to help our students build the skills they need to navigate the digital world with confidence and care.

Thank you, Jefferson Telecom, for investing in our kids and our school community!
