Reminder: Today is an early out for elem (1:20) and MS (1:25). HS will dismiss at regular time (3:40). Keep this in mind if your child rides a bus; Elem and MS students will arrive after school at their bus stop 2 hours earlier than a non early release day.

Our 3 Year Old Preschool will be hosting an Open House for enrolled students on Monday, August 21 from 6:00-7:00 at The Children's Center, 306 S. Vine, Jefferson. No sign-up required.
Greene County Elementary will host Mini-Conferences for PK-4 students and families on Monday, August 21 from 12:00-8:00pm. Please register with your child's teacher at the link below:

Due to overcrowding and driver shortages we have had to make some changes to our routes. We will no longer stop at Elm & Grauer and Lincolnway & Cedar. We will NOT be able to provide transportation for personal activities such as dance, rec programs, GCP, the Webb house, after-school church classes, or any other activities that are not school related. AREA BUSINESSES: Friday, Aug. 18th, Greene County Schools will welcome back our teachers and staff, starting at 7:30am in the High School. We are requesting community businesses be part of this event. Let's welcome back our teachers and support staff in style!! (Please note this is a staff event only.) Tables will be available for local businesses to set up information about their business, provide free information/handouts to teachers and staff, and show their support for the great work that our schools do! If you are interested in setting up a table, please contact Jill in the District Office at (515)386-4168. We look forward to working with local businesses and supporting our teachers!
