Attendance Matters at GCMS! Our school wide goal is 90% of students will be in attendance 90% of school days for the 24-25 school year!🖤🐏❤
Middle School Dance TONIGHT grades 5-8! $5 entry for all!
Doors open at 6:15 pm and no admittance after 7:00 pm; no re-entry allowed!
Please pick up students promptly at 8:30 using either the front circle drive or East large parking lot.
Halloween Costumes, Disco or casual wear, no masks and school dress code still applies!

As a reminder, there will be no school for Greene County students tomorrow, Friday, October 25th, 2024 for teacher professional development and the end of Quarter 1.
UPDATE- Wrestling meeting time for tomorrow Wednesday, October 23rd has been moved to 4:30 pm for all students(7th and 8th graders) wanting to wrestle with an optional parent meeting at 5:00. 🤼♂️❤🐏💓
The talented students of Greene County Middle School and Greene County High School will take the stage tonight at 7:00 PM for the annual Fall Vocal Concert, held in the high school auditorium.
The evening will begin with performances by the 7th and 8th graders, followed by the high school vocalists. To conclude, students from grades 7-12 will come together for a special combined performance.
Can’t attend in person? No problem! The concert will be livestreamed on the GCCSD YouTube channel. Please note, due to copyright restrictions, this is a one-time live viewing, and the performance will not be available for replay.
We look forward to sharing this musical celebration with you—whether you join us in person or online!

Dear Students and Families,
As we gear up for our home football game this evening, Friday, October 18th, we want to remind our students to stay safe, be respectful, and act responsibly attending the game! Your support is what makes these events exciting and fun, but it's important that we all do our part to create a positive and safe environment.
To ensure everyone enjoys the game:
Stay Safe: Please make sure you're located with your parents, families, or stay within the designated areas provided on the map. Administrators will direct students to these areas. As a reminder, there will be NO sports equipment items allowed during the football game.
Be Respectful: Show good sportsmanship to the opposing team and respect fellow fans, staff, and security.
Be Responsible: Follow our school and district’s guidelines, respect the facilities, and make smart choices throughout the event.
We’re all in this together, so let’s make these games memorable for the right reasons. Enjoy the game and Go RAMS!
